Triage system
By calling 0300 30 30 333, you are presented with a menu so that your call is routed to the required service as efficiently as possible. After selecting professional advice, you will speak to one of our call answering team who can take a detailed message from you so the right person can call you back as soon as possible.
Professional advice calls are directed to the specialist assistance team who will be able to answer many of the calls.
If your initial query cannot be answered, or it is a more complex issue that requires a longer call, you will be offered a telephone appointment with a specialist adviser who will call you at an agreed time.
Any call where your employment is at risk or you need union representation will be immediately referred to the relevant regional officer. We also employ a team of solicitors who can offer advice where necessary.
