NAHT Crown Dependencies

NAHT represents school leaders in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We provide advice, training and support for our members on a range of issues faced by senior leaders in schools. Along with our colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, NAHT is there to defend and extend the rights of school leaders. 

Statement of action and commitments on equality, diversity and inclusion

Coordinated by NAHT, this statement of action sets out commitments from 13 education organisations to advance equality, diversity and inclusion. There are systemic barriers remaining in education, and as a union we are committed to confronting these challenges collaboratively.

In the statement, each organisation details its upcoming work to create a more just and equitable education system, and reflects on progress made over the past year. The statement is reviewed annually.
