NAHT Crown Dependencies

NAHT represents school leaders in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We provide advice, training and support for our members on a range of issues faced by senior leaders in schools. Along with our colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, NAHT is there to defend and extend the rights of school leaders. 

Model staff appraisal and capability policy (2024/25)

A document setting out the broad content of a policy that schools may wish to adapt and/or adopt as their own. The policy aims to comply with the prevailing legislative framework and best practice.

This document should be read alongside NAHT's pay policy guidance (England) 2024/25 and model pay policy (2024/25).
