Commenting following the incident at a school in Carmarthenshire today, Paul Whiteman, general secretary at school leaders’ union NAHT, said:

“Our thoughts are with everyone in the Ysgol Dyffryn Aman school community after today’s shocking and traumatic events.

“It would not be appropriate for us to comment further until more information has been shared through the appropriate channels.”
