Resources, training and support from The Careers & Enterprise Company

The Careers & Enterprise Company has launched its online learning modules, written in partnership with University of Huddersfield, to help key education stakeholders better understand the value of careers leadership in schools, special schools and colleges, the careers education landscape and understand the role and value of a careers leader.

There are separate online learning modules tailored for the following groups:

These short courses provide a great introduction to careers leadership for all audiences.

To accompany these modules and provide further support, there are now dedicated pages with resources for education leaders and resources for governors. These pages provide new resources such as its Guide for Education Leaders in Schools and CollegesCareers Education: A Guide for Secondary School Governors and Careers Education: A Guide For College Governors.

Primary careers resource platform

The Primary Careers Resources Platform was created in collaboration with the Centre for Education and Youth. The resources and tools on the platform have been provided by the 15 organisations in the Department for Education-backed Primary Fund
