NAHT has a category of membership specifically for middle leaders. We offer tailored support and services for middle leaders, online advice and resources, and full trade union protection to give you peace of mind.

Am I eligible? 

To be eligible to join NAHT, you need have a leadership responsibility within an education setting. Roles that are eligible include ALENCO, SENCO, phase leaders and subject leaders. This is not an exhaustive list and if you would like further clarification please email joinus@naht.org.uk.

If you line manage staff or have accountability for a specific area, you can access help and advice to assist you in making informed decisions when carrying out your role.

Schools & Academies Show London 2022

The UK’s largest education policy event returns to London to deliver an unforgettable face-to-face experience for leaders across the education sector, for the first time in two years. We’re excited to be back hosting our next LIVE Schools & Academies Show at the ExCeL exhibition centre in London on Wednesday 27 April 2022.

The Schools & Academies Show is a staple in the education calendar and over a decade has now become the go-to event for education leaders to source solutions for their schools, meet innovative suppliers, network with like-minded peers and hear from the most influential policy-makers and decision-makers in education.

Our show unites the biggest names across the UK’s education sector to share insights, advice and solutions. Attending our show presents all education professionals with a fantastic opportunity to discover inventive ways to tackle the day to day challenges that arise across the sector.

Attendees benefit from 30+ hours of CPD accredited content, spanning across our nine themed theatres, eight hours of peer to peer networking and access to meet with over 140 leading education suppliers showcasing revolutionary products and services for the sector. 

The Schools and Academies Show, proudly supported by NAHT, will attract more than 3,000 senior education leaders and will feature recognised speakers, including:

New for 2022, is the Schools & Academies Show Extra: an additional virtual day on our ConnectEd platform on Thursday 28 April. This extra virtual day is exclusive to all show registrants and will provide visitors and exhibitors with the chance to take part in virtual 1-2-1 meetings the day after the in-person show.
