Join Diversity Role Models' Chief Education Officer, Jac Bastian, to develop effective preventative approaches to prejudice-based bullying that work for your setting.
This interactive session, grounded in three years of research supporting over three-hundred schools, will equip you with the skills and confidence to tackle and prevent prejudice-based bullying. This session was developed through our Department for Education funded programme, Embracing Difference, Ending Bullying that saw us train over 10,000 members of school staff and develop our Best Practice Guide for educators.
The session will explore the four pillars to a successful preventative approach; policies & processes, curriculum & education, values & visibility and training and development.
Through exploring the power of personal stories and sharing a range of free resources you will leave the session with the tools to implement effective education that will empower your staff to embrace differences and work towards ending bullying.
