In this course, we explore and help you consider how far you have come in taking care of yourself. We provide opportunities to assess your own well-being as a purposeful leader and help you recognise where you can implement this further into the fabric of your leadership. We consider how to cultivate your commitment to self-care to pave the way for developing a culture of growth and resilience.
