This course will provide an overview on the importance of developing a circle of trust and support during your journey into leadership through coaching, mentoring and investment in oneself. Danielle will present an open and honest look into leadership and the fundamental magic ingredients involved in achieving your full potential.
Head teachers and senior leaders in primary, secondary and 6th forms from maintained, academies, independent, special and alternative provision settings
Have a clear action plan to support you in your route to headship and knowledge of how to access support and develop skills along the way.

Danielle Lewis-Egonu is an Executive Head Teacher at The Galaxy Trust, overseeing a group of Primary schools in Dartford, Kent. She has worked for 14 years in Education across London, Essex, and Kent schools and has a passion for school improvement, inclusion, professional development, and curriculum. Danielle founded Chocolate Cake and Coffee (CCC) to promote excellence in education through coaching, counselling, literature and debate, with ethical consciousness and well-being at the forefront of what she does.
