Facilitator Profile:
Nicola Percy is founder of Making Schools Click and uses her extensive leadership experience to work with school leaders from all settings in a coaching capacity. Nicola created this service to support professionals, at every level, who work in demanding roles to stay sane, make impact and continue to feel empowered.
Nicola works with experienced and aspiring leaders across the country to offer them space to think, gain clarity on their goals and steps for action and also to reflect, in order to further develop and improve their own practice. Nicola has recently extended this work into areas of particular expertise: Safeguarding, trauma informed practice and leadership development training.
Nicola has worked at the forefront of educational and political change including being the Founding Principal of England’s first Free School as well as diverse international organisations. Nicola is well practised in implementing system wide change, skilled in influencing key stakeholders to build strong internal and external relationships, and highly astute to the political and organisational benefits that are brought about by fostering successful networks. She has a proven entrepreneurial spirit.
