Developing Mental Fitness in yourself and your team
In recent years the word ‘resilience’ has become increasingly heard. We worry greatly about people who seem to lack it, and when we feel we have resilience, we tend to fare better during a challenge. Resilience is important, and yet, did you know that it’s only one of several core components that make up mental fitness – and that resilience is sometimes misunderstood?
In this session we explore ALL of the components of mental fitness. All are skills that people can develop to become the best, and happiest, version of themselves.
Starting with yourself, but also considering how to support your colleagues too – the aim of this session is to get you to think and action plan about what’s really needed to bring out the best in everyone.
Aims:
- Understand the core components that make up mental fitness
- Identify your mental fitness strengths and challenges.
- Plan ways to improve levels of mental fitness in yourself and support colleagues.
