Interactive Workshop For Primary and Early Years
Empowering change is a concept that promotes evaluation as a way to identify and promote best practices, meaningful change, and innovation. Empowered change will build collaborative networks and bring people together to harness their collective wisdom to achieve common goals.
Communicating the need for change is a leadership responsibility in change management that involves connecting the need for change with the organisation's purpose and appealing to employees' motives. Communicating your vision clearly and transparently is a leadership skill which will enable you to move forward with your school’s strategic plan.
Over the last ten years, Philippa has worked with Early Years and Primary colleagues observing their challenges and successes. During this time, Philippa has gathered so many examples of best practice which result in long term sustainable change. Philippa calls these actions “Difference Makers.”
Philippa writes, “Join this workshop to hear about the strategies that I have observed in safeguarding practice, teaching and learning, pupil interventions, financial management and the management of staff. These leadership strategies will focus on best practice models which I have observed from the “action plan” stage to implementation and impact. The strategies which we discuss and evaluate are proven and will make a real difference to your school in the long term.”
