From 26 October 2024, employers must take reasonable steps to protect their workers from sexual harassment. NAHT has produced a guidance note to assist school leaders with ensuring that their school complies with this new legal duty. We have also developed a list of considerations for school leaders to assist them with carrying out a risk assessment and protecting their staff from unwanted sexual conduct.
