Pregnancy and maternity discrimination is on the rise according to the recent findings of the Women and Equalities Committee.
This advice provides guidance on the rights and protections available to pregnant women and new mothersand will be useful for those who think they may be suffering discrimination due to pregnancy or maternity. It will also help employers to begin to understand their obligations in this area to minimise the risks of discrimination claims.
