We’re the only mental health charity that is dedicated to teachers and all education staff. As well as being mental health experts, we really understand the unique challenges of working in the education sector.
Working in partnership with organisations like NAHT, we support individuals and help schools and colleges to improve the mental health and well-being of their staff. We also carry out research and advocate for changes in government policy for the benefit of the education workforce.
How to maintain a healthy mind and culture during periods of challenge
NAHT and Education Support have developed a toolkit to help school leaders maintain a healthy mind and culture during periods of challenge, such as inspections including practical exercises, tools and tips.
Our latest Teacher Wellbeing Index, conducted annually with YouGov, reveals disturbingly high rates of stress, anxiety, depression and burnout across the education workforce:
We make a real impact on the lives and well-being of school leaders, teachers and education staff through our services.
