NAHT Cymru is the definitive voice of school leaders in Wales. We keep the best interests of children at the heart of everything we do.

Along with our colleagues in England and Northern Ireland, we are here to defend and extend the rights of our members, as well as provide advice, protection and support specific to school leaders throughout Wales

NAHT backs Welsh Gov response to UK Government's intent to strengthen trade union legislation.

Laura Doel; NAHT Cymru Director said: "Our government is committed to social partnership, working with employers and trade unions to strengthen the role of workers’ voice in policy-setting and decision-making.

The Welsh Government has a real opportunity here to set an example, to listen to the public sector workforce and understand the real impact the cost of living crisis is having.

We look forward to working with those social partners to hopefully deliver a fair deal on pay, terms and conditions for leaders and teachers over the coming weeks".
