This course is designed to help you consider ways in which proactive leadership can have a positive impact on developing your school and improving outcomes for pupils. The content and activities will be directed along two interwoven strands: your own professional journey including areas for personal development, and your specific school organisational context. Delegates will be guided and supported along both strands throughout the day with opportunities for discussion, reflection and practical planning to take away.
